Rugby Union may be the game of choice for many Fijians but no one would deny that the country’s most famous sporting son is golfer Vijay Singh, born in Lautoka and raised in Nadi.
Currently, there are six 18-hole courses in Fiji: The Pearl at Rovodrau Bay, Denarau near Nadi, the Fiji Club in Suva, Natadola Bay Club, the Nadi Airport Club and the Fijian No.1, the spectacular Laucala Island.
