Windmills, canals, bikes and its low-lying land are synonymous with this friendly nation, which seems to be full of tall people. With 250 golf courses in the Netherlands, serving more than 400,000 registered club members, golf is big business for the Dutch but it has not quite captured the imagination of visiting golfers.
