The country has been unstable ever since and has endured decades of misrule and a grim period under self-declared emperor, Jean-Bedel Bokassa, who headed a brutal regime.

The Central African Republic is one of the least-developed countries in the world and if you want to get away from commercial Africa then it might be the place for you.
Naturally, golf in the Central African Republic is a somewhat scarce commodity and you’ll find only one golf course located in the capital Bangui. We know nothing about the Bangui golf course, indeed we can’t tell you whether it has greens or browns, but we suspect the latter. If you have any information we’ll be thrilled to hear from you.
